EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement made and entered into this ______ day of _____, 20 __, by and between _______ (“employer”), and ______(“employee”). The parties recite that:

A. Employer is engaged in ____________ and maintains business

B. Employee is willing to be employed by employer, and employer is willing to employ employee, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of the mutual covenants and

1. AGREEMENT TO EMPLOY AND BE EMPLOYED

3. MANNER OF PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEE'S DUTIES
Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability,experience, and talent, perform all duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the above mentioned premises and at such other place or places as employer shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of employer shall require or make advisable.
4. DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT

5. COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT

Employee shall devote all of his time, attention, knowledge, and skill solely and exclusively to the business and interests of employer, and employer shall be entitled to all benefits, emoluments, profits, or other issues arising from or incident to any and all work, services, and advice of employee. Employee expressly agrees that during the term hereof he will not be interested, directly or indirectly, in any form, fashion, or manner, as partner, officer, director, stockholder, advisor, employee, or in any other form or capacity, in any other business similar to employer's business or any allied trade, except that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to prevent or limit the right of employee to invest any of his surplus funds in the capital stock or other securities of any corporation whose stock or securities are publicly owned or are regularly traded on any public exchange, nor shall anything herein contained by deemed to prevent employee from investing or limit employee's right to invest his surplus funds in real estate.




PERJANJIAN KERJA

Perjanjian ini dibuat dan ditandatangani pada ______ 20 __, oleh dan antara _______ (“perusahaan”) yang selanjutnya disebuut sebagai pihak pertama, dan ______(“karyawan”) yang selanjutnya disebut sebagi pihak kedua. Kedua belah pihak menyatakan:

Pihak kedua harus menerima juga layanan-layanan dan tugas-tugas lainnya dan yang tidak berkaitan dengan tugas utama sebaimana mungkin ditugaskan kepada pihak kedua dari waktu kewaktu oleh pihak pertama..
3. TATA CARA PELAKSANAAN TUGAS-TUGAS PIHAK KEDUA
Pihak kedua harus selalu setia, tekun dan sesuai dengan kemampuan , pengalaman dan bakat terbaiknay, melaksanakan seluruh tugas-tugasnya yang mungkin dibutuhkan darinya dengan mematuhi syrat-syarat yang tersurat dan tersirat dalam perjanjian ini yng dengan ini memuaskan pihak pertama. Tugas-tugas tersebut harus diterima dikantor yang disebutkan diatas ditempat-tempat lainnya sebaimana yang pihak pertama minta dengan itikad baik demi kepentingan, kebutuhan, usaha dan kesempatan yang dianjurkan oleh pihak pertama.
4. Masa jabatan Pekerjaan

Pihak pertama harus mencurahkan seluruh waktu, perhatian, pengetahuan, dan kemampuannya semata-mata dansecra ekslusif kepada perusahaan dan kepentingan pihak pertama, dan pihak kedua berhak atas semua keuntungan, pembayaran, laba , atau hal lain yang timbul dari atau kejadian dari setiap dan semua pekerjaan, layanan dan anjuran pihak atas kedua.pihak kedua menyatakan setuju bahwa selama jangka waktu perjanjian ini pihak kedua tidak akan tertarik, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, dalam bentuk apapun, fashion, atau sikap, sebagai mitra, pejabat, direktur, pemegang saham, penasehat, karyawan, atau dalam bentuk lain atau kekuatan, dalam setiap perusahaan lain yang serupa dengan perusahaan pihak pertama atau perdagangan sekutu, kecuali tidak tercantum di sini harus dianggap mencegah atau membatasi hak karyawan untuk menginvestasikan dana berlebih di saham atau surat berharga atu surat berharga lainnya dari badan hukum yang saham atau surat berharga adalah milik umum atau dianggap untuk mencegah pihak kedua dari menginvestasikan atau membatasi hak pihak kedua untuk menginvestasikan kelebihan dana didalam real estate.

Termination of Lease Obligation
